Return & Refund Policy

As an Independent Distributor of FitLine products, we fully honor the comprehensive 30-day satisfaction guarantee and extended return policies provided by PM-International.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you process your return smoothly.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Product Dissatisfaction)

We want you to experience the benefits of FitLine products risk-free. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 30 calendar days from the original invoice or receipt date.
  • Product Condition: You must return the unused portion of the product in its original container. To qualify for a refund, the container must contain at least 70% of the original product volume.
  • Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the original purchase price.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. 90-Day Unopened & Undamaged Returns

If you ordered extra stock or changed your mind, you can return unopened items under our extended window:

  • Timeframe: You may return products up to 90 calendar days from the original invoice date.
  • Product Condition: Products must be completely unopened, seals must be intact, and the items must be in resalable condition. The items must have at least 3 months remaining before their listed expiration date.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns under this 90-day window are subject to a nominal 5% restocking and handling fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In these circumstances, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label, and we will issue a swift replacement or full refund.

How to Initiate Your Return

To ensure your return is tracked and processed without delay, you must follow these steps:

  1. Get Authorization: Before shipping any items back, contact our local customer service or for your specific regional website or service@pm-international.de to get return authorization
  2. Prepare Documentation: Your return package must include:
    • A copy of your original retail receipt or invoice.
    • A brief written note or completed service form specifying the reason for the return (e.g., “Dissatisfaction Guarantee” or “Unopened Return”).
  3. Pack and Ship: Package the items securely to prevent damage during transit. The return shipment must be fully prepaid. We do not accept shipments sent “collect” or cash-on-delivery (COD).

Refund Processing Time

Once your return package is received at the designated regional warehouse and inspected by our compliance team, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
