1. Order Cutoff, Handling, and Transit Times

We process and ship orders on standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

  • Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM [CET].
  • Handling Time: Orders placed before the cutoff time are processed and dispatched the same business day (0 business days). Orders placed after 12:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed the following business day (1 business day).
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard domestic delivery takes 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday) depending on your precise location.

Total estimated delivery time from the moment you complete checkout is 3 to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Costs and Free Delivery Thresholds

Shipping fees are calculated transparently and dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. You will always see the exact shipping total before finalizing your payment.

3. Order Cancellations (14-Day Window)

You have a statutory 14-day cancellation window starting from the day you receive your physical goods. If you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact our support desk immediately at service@pm-international.de. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return the unopened items to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

4. Autoship & Subscription Deliveries

For customers enrolled in our Autoship program:

  • Subscriptions are automatically billed and shipped on a recurring 1-month or 3-month basis, depending on the plan selected during checkout.
  • Autoship orders are processed on the same calendar day each period.
  • You maintain full control over your subscription and can pause, modify, or cancel your Autoship agreement at any time by logging into your account or emailing our support team.

5. Damaged and Defective Shipments

Transit risks are securely covered. If your package arrives visibly damaged or items are compromised:

  1. Save all original packaging materials, boxes, and damaged products.
  2. Take clear photographs of the damage.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier immediately to initiate a damage claim.
  4. Notify our customer care team within 48 hours at service@pm-international.de with your claim details so we can fast-track a replacement shipment for you.

6. Product Returns

We back our products with a comprehensive 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date.
